Happy Saturday Pros! This is THE BEST selling day of the week! Home owners are home, they’re in a good mood, and they love making buying decisions! Today is a great day to make up any movement you need to make sure you HIT 3 NET DEALS! If you’re behind, lock-in and hit the doors with full confidence that the deals you need are waiting for you!

Today I wanted to break down ‘win stacking’! In sales, there’s the yes-yes theory! If you get your prospect to say yes twice in a row the 3rd yes is a perfect time to close! Yes, Yes, Yes! The same principle works within us! How can you stack wins to have a fulfilling day? A general in a popular college commencement speech said ‘If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed.’ — Obviously the act alone of making your bed doesn’t change the world, but the person you become in the process of being disciplined every day will yield massive results. Thus win stacking. Making your bed is a WIN, then hitting the gym is a WIN, then crushing your production is a natural 3rd WIN. Your Win Stack.

Today, win your morning. Do something hard that challenges you. This is why people love cold plunge or breath work or [enter trendy ‘success hack’]. You’ll be surprised the long term effect of tiny wins.

One of my Tiny Wins is reminding myself every morning of my goals and who I am in my ‘Morning Prep’ time:

• I am the person who makes $XX per year.

• I have all the resources I need to be successful. I just must ACT.

• I have energy and add value to every meeting/conversation I’m a part of.

These mental wins prepare me for any challenge or task I’ll face that day!

You should be finishing up page 127 today to be on pace to finish by the end of May! We’re starting to get in some of the best parts of the book!

Here are 6 key takeaways from the reading this week:

• Awareness is the starting point. You can’t change what you don’t notice.

• Build strong habits with clear implementation plans and habit stacking. (Win Stacking)

• Your environment matters more than motivation. Make good habits easy to see and act on.

• Pair new habits with positive triggers to increase attractiveness.

• Surround yourself with people who embody the habits you want.

• To break bad habits, reverse the Four Laws: make them invisible, unattractive, difficult, and unsatisfying.

Atomic Habit’s is one of my favorite books and one I try to read once every 2 years or so! And it’s only getting better!

Happy Birthday, Chris!

Chris Melink was one of the first Pros, he currently runs the largest Division at the Pros Evolve (with his Partner Kam Gray), and has already hit the numbers to qualify for Partner Status!

Chris got his start in direct to home sales back in 2011 where he sold 65 alarms, 2012 75 alarms. In 2013 Chris wanted to focus on finishing college and sold Dish part-time, 2013 50 Dish Accounts, 2014 428 Dish Accounts (Top Overall Rep), 2015 528 Dish Accounts (Top Overall Rep). After 2015, Chris held a number of corporate leadership positions until he formally switched over to solar.

Chris Melink's solar sales career started in 2021. In 2022 Chris' network sold 2,367 / 1,100 Installs, 2023 4,687 sold / 2,300 installs, and so far in 2024 Evolve has sold 14,688 and installed 5,672 and is pacing 6,800 installs to finish out the year.

Chris is hands down one of the best leaders at the Pros and we're excited to see him and Kam accomplish their big goals for 2025, 25,000 sold with 12,000 installs!

Chris is married with 2 Daughters, is a Boise State Alumni, is an avid hunter, golfer and aspiring pilot! Chris also has a passion for investing, personally owning 14 doors.

Welcome to the Official Pros VP Poll Winter Season Power Rankings!

The Vice Presidents (VP) poll ranks the top 10 Regions at the Pros. The VP poll is based on the individual rankings of all the titled VPs across the country and divisions. The rankings are determined by points, with 25 points for first place, 24 for second place, and so on down to 1 point for 25th place. The individual ballots are then combined to create the National Pros Ranking (NPR).

Here are some details about the VP poll:

• When the poll is released: The poll is released each Monday afternoon during each season.

• Who the voters are: The voters are titled VPs across the country and divisions.

Doug Hotz has had a baller 2024, from winning the Slayer competition early in the year and getting to go to the NBA Finals game in Dallas (seats worth over $5,000 each) to the massive personal performance gains over 2023. Doug has been a key player in The Standard Regions 2024 performance! Doug set ambitious goals in 2023 because of his average ish performance, placing T28 with a ton of other Pros, and has kept his word being in the Top 10 this year with 91 personal installs so far and a 21% increase in PTR!

HAVOC (lead by @brother_brown_, @dandunnofficial, @chrisburgess48) has had a massive installing year in 2024; they have been the top installing region for over 1/3 of the year hitting the top spot 4 times. HAVOC is also on pace, leading by 20 installs, to claim October from Evolution!

Chad Wooters has reportedly joined @solar.pros. He leaves Blue Raven with a big mission to create one of the biggest runs for the top spot. Chad has more than talk to back up his claims, Chad’s biggest month was a massive 600 installs, yes in a month! At the Pros Chad plans on doing a lot more and has his eyes on the 2026 Banquet locking in that Top Region on the year!
