Week 2: Saturday - Win Stacking
Happy Saturday Pros! This is THE BEST selling day of the week! Home owners are home, they’re in a good mood, and they love making buying decisions! Today is a great day to make up any movement you need to make sure you HIT 3 NET DEALS! If you’re behind, lock-in and hit the doors with full confidence that the deals you need are waiting for you!
Today I wanted to break down ‘win stacking’! In sales, there’s the yes-yes theory! If you get your prospect to say yes twice in a row the 3rd yes is a perfect time to close! Yes, Yes, Yes! The same principle works within us! How can you stack wins to have a fulfilling day? A general in a popular college commencement speech said ‘If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed.’ — Obviously the act alone of making your bed doesn’t change the world, but the person you become in the process of being disciplined every day will yield massive results. Thus win stacking. Making your bed is a WIN, then hitting the gym is a WIN, then crushing your production is a natural 3rd WIN. Your Win Stack.
Principle: When you start with ‘winning your morning’ you’re more prepared to win the rest of your day. ‘Win Stacking’
Today, win your morning. Do something hard that challenges you. This is why people love cold plunge or breath work or [enter trendy ‘success hack’]. You’ll be surprised the long term effect of tiny wins.
One of my Tiny Wins is reminding myself every morning of my goals and who I am in my ‘Morning Prep’ time:
I am the person who makes $XX per year.
I have all the resources I need to be successful. I just must ACT.
I have energy and add value to every meeting/conversation I’m a part of.
These mental wins prepare me for any challenge or task I’ll face that day!

Awareness is the starting point. You can’t change what you don’t notice.
Build strong habits with clear implementation plans and habit stacking. (Win Stacking)
Your environment matters more than motivation. Make good habits easy to see and act on.
Pair new habits with positive triggers to increase attractiveness.
Surround yourself with people who embody the habits you want.
To break bad habits, reverse the Four Laws: make them invisible, unattractive, difficult, and unsatisfying.
Atomic Habit’s is one of my favorite books and one I try to read once every 2 years or so! And it’s only getting better!
